Then, build the communication systems and strategies to make your story known.

Digital Audit & SWOT

Your story is being told online. I complete a digital audit of your website, social media, online reviews, media coverage, and online church service, and provide you with the following;

  • A SWOT analysis of your digital presence presented in an in-person or online meeting with leadership and creative/communication teams,

  • Recommendations for improving the user experience, and

  • Two one-hour coaching sessions with the teams/individuals who steward your digital presence.

In Person Guest Experience Audit & SWOT

When is the last time you had to look for a new church home? Trust me, it is brutal. I attend one of your services with fresh eyes and provide the following;

  • An honest summary of my visit outlined chronologically from the moment I pull into your parking lot to exiting your service,

  • A SWOT analysis of the guest experience presented in an in-person or online meeting with leadership and guest staff,

  • Recommendations for improving the guest experience,

  • Audit of guest communications during and after the visit, and

  • A one-hour coaching session with staff or team members who steward the guest experience.
